As a mechanical lead, you will direct a team to install various types of piping systems and equipment installations in commercial and industrial applications.

As a mechanical lead, you will direct a team to install various types of piping systems and equipment installations in commercial and industrial applications.
- Inspect and prepare sites for construction operations
- Read blueprints, specs, and equipment installation manuals
- Lead and be accountable for the productivity and safety of crews under their direction
- Willing to assist in the development of apprentices
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience with knowledge of mechanical code requirements
- Provide direction and leadership to apprentices for meeting schedule deadlines
- Possess necessary hand tools to perform mechanical industrial and commercial work
- Ability to climb overhead structures, work beneath machines, stand for long periods of time and able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check
